ReplyDeleteI do very little Virtual Real Estate, most of our buyers are not from here so it's an intense few days looking at everything we can find, making sure this is where they want to be & hoping to have one or two to choose from. This "Sellers Market" that I used to think would be easy, is more work than I could have imagined. Instead of selling 5 homes we sell each home to 5 buyers. That's showing it 5X, writing 5 offers, helping sellers navigate 5 offers, and make the 4 phone calls telling buyers they didn't get it. I LOVE my job, but you get out of it what you put into it. If you're making a living at it, you are hustling your tail off!
